Hot Pinks in July

Beth and Andrew celebrated in July with a wedding at St. James the Greater and a reception at Top of the Met.  Beth's colors were hot pink and white, very striking and very bold.  (Photos by Love and Life Photography)

Beth's bouquet was a textured arrangement of all pink stargazer lilies.

Details from the reception.

Warm wishes for the newlyweds!

Bright and Fresh

This wedding had such a refreshing seasonal feel for early summer. Crisp whites, yellows and greens were the main colors.

These bouquets, in the window at the church, were what the bridesmaids carried. The bridal bouquet- held below by a bridesmaid- had the same flowers but with added green cymbidium orchids.

We think all of our brides are gorgeous!

The guys' bouts. were a mix of green hypericum berries and yellow solidago.

The centerpieces at the City Museum were a mix of high and low arrangements. The tall vases included hanging votives that added an extra ambiance once the lights were dimmed.

Fresh Yellow at the MAC

These snapshots are of the June wedding for Melissa and Kevin. Yellow and white were the main color in all the flowers. Take a look at the different shapes and textures throughout the wedding!!

This bridesmaid bouquet included gorgeous white stargazer lilies, green bells of Ireland, and bright yellow freesia. This specific mix of flowers gave the whole bouquet lots of interest and texture.

The same yellow and whites were carried through to the ceremony in these altar pieces....

....and into the aisle decor.

A happy bridesmaid with her bouquet.

This is the beautiful bride with her bright, fresh, citrus-y bouquet. It included yellow freesia, bells of Ireland, and ivory roses. So gorgeous for a summer day!

We can never resist any little cuties at a wedding!!

The reception at the MAC was filled with the same flowers and colors that were seen at the ceremony.

Our tall silver stands were filled with sprays of snapdragons, bells of Ireland, roses, spray roses, lilies, and filler.

The family tables had a low, mixed arrangement in the bride's silver containers.

What a heavenly event full of color and texture! Thanks to the bride and her family for being such a pleasure to work with!! Best wishes to the bride and groom!

Valentine's Day Engagement Party

Here are a few snapshots from a engagement party that we helped out with this past Saturday at the family's home. Love was in the air and Valentine's Day was the theme!

The candy table and the sweets table were decorated in all pinks, reds, and whites.

The cocktail tables were decorated with small cube vases of red and pink roses and spray roses.

The cocktail/lounge area was set up in a tent. The furniture and lighting were provided by Exclusive Events.

Special thanks to Shayna Laiderman from St. Louis Wedding Consultants for sharing these pictures and for coordinating such a sweet event!!

Nicole chose a cascade bouquet for herself. It included pink stargazer lilies, ivory roses, white gerber daisies, and waxflower filler.

The bridesmaids carried mixed brightly colored gerber daisies in a round, hand-tied bouquet.

All our best to the bride and groom! It was a pleasure working with you!

Just married......

(Notice the cute pink wreaths on the aisle. They were used to mark the family pews.)

The whole, happy wedding party.

The centerpieces were tall trumpet vases with hot pink gladiolus with bronze alstromeria lilies.

Our best wishes to Kim and Chris!!
