Boho Wedding Styled Photo Shoot

Occasionally, we get the pleasure of being a part of a photo shoot.  This time, we worked closely with Blue Bicycle Weddings to design these flowers with a bohemian style.  Lots of textures and floral touches made this romantic look come together.  Photos by Amanda Tindall Photography.

Our boho inspired bridal bouquet was full of natural, draping elements mixed with interesting blooms.

The boho bouquet featured roses, gerrandos, blue thistle, delphinium, and protea.

What bohemian wedding would be complete without a beautiful head wreath?!

The flower crown was composed of roses, waxflower, and mixed greenery.

The complete bohemian wedding day look!

We enjoyed designing for this bohemian wedding photo shoot and are excited to make this a reality for any bride who loves the soft, romantic textures this look can bring.

August Wedding at Heartland Estate

Tammy and Derek chose Heartland Estate for their intimate outdoor wedding and reception.  As this was a second marriage for both, they wanted something casual and fun that not only their kids could enjoy, but also their extended families and guests.  Images by Michael Jacob.

Tammy's bouquet was a mix of orange roses, light blue delphinium, butter stock flower, daisies, ranunculus, and anemones with dark centers.

Tammy's bridesmaid carried a smaller version of bridal bouquet with some pops of bright yellow added in.

The metal archway for the ceremony was adorned with branches, greenery, and bright wedding blooms.

Shepherd's hooks with floral mason jars lined the aisle.

The pasture was the setting for the ceremony.

Sweet daisy wrist cuff for the flower girl.

Daisy boutonniere for the boys.

Derek had a orange ranunculus boutonniere on his jacket.

Kids will be kids no matter the setting!

As a symbol of their families joining, each person had one string of ribbon that they braided all together.

Hugs for all!

The newlyweds!

The whole cute family!

The reception followed in the tent.

The reception tables were decorated with jars of roses, daisies, delphinium, and solidago, accented with the bride's polka dot ribbon.

Best wishes to the sweetest family ever!!!  Thanks for letting us be a part of your special day!

Vintage Circus Wedding at City Museum

Sally and John had one of the most original weddings we have ever been a part of here at Sisters Floral Design Studio.  They wanted a fun and light-hearted event for themselves and their guests.  They opted for a vintage circus theme.  The colors and details of the day were awesome!  The ceremony and reception were held at the perfect location- the City Museum!  Pictures by Megan Thiele.

Sally's bouquet was a reflection of the entire day's theme.  Vintage blues were incorporated with bright circus tones in a layered-style bouquet.

The bridesmaids carried yellow and red bouquets to contrast their vintage blue dresses.

A classic red carnation boutonniere was just right for John.

The ceremony site was decorated with circus touches to give the guests a taste of the evening's theme.

So playful!

The reception was full of fun details!  The flowers were the same bright colors with vintage blue with fun feather and circus elements added in.

This wedding was so fun to be a part of!  Thanks to Josie and the staff at Cosmopolitan Events for designing such an amazing event!

Best wishes to John and Sally for a fun-filled life together!

Ceremony and Reception at the Gardens at Malmaison

Katie and Wes had their ceremony and reception at the Gardens at Malmaison. All the flowers reflected the lush gardens surrounding the bride and groom and their guests.

The all round, lush, white bridal bouquet was contrasted with the linear wildflower look of the bright bridesmaids bouquets- both very fitting for a garden wedding.

The centerpieces were a combination of the bright wildflowers and soft blue hydrangeas.

Best wishes to the bride and groom!!
