Embellishments Around Your Bouquet

These bouquets have unique embellishments around the outside of the flowers. It's a great way to do something a little different to make a statement.

This lush, mixed, all white bouquet has variegated hosta leaves around the edge for little extra color and contrast.
These two bouquets have feathers around the edge- one all white with white feathers and one all green with red feathers. The bouquet with white feathers also has small crystals within the flowers.

There are so many ways to embellish a bouquet!!

Melissa loves yellow!

Our bride, Melissa, loved yellow! Her bridal bouquet was a mix of yellow and white and her bridesmaids had all yellow gerber daisy bouquets. If you love a color, use it!!!

Add pearls for texture

This is an example of how pearl strands (imitation, of course) can add texture and interest to your centerpieces. These all white arrangements have an added flair when pearls are draped from the vase of flowers. Think outside the box!

All Green Flowers?

We are seeing green in a lot of trendy color schemes lately. Stationary, linens, and dresses all seem to come in every shade of green imaginable. Don't be afraid to incorporate the green as flowers! These photos were taken at an ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) event this past spring. Lacy Branch Events coordinated the design using green and we supplied the flowers. Take a look!

Green grass is an easy way to bring a little green to your event! Our wheat grass placecard holder box was used for this event, even though there were not traditional placecards.

The flowers, napkins, and party favors add a splash of green to these rich damask linens. Notice the cute little black cubes of wheat grass used as satellites around the central flower arrangement.

Tall bells of Ireland were used with sprouted curly willow and green hydrangea.

Cymbidium orchids were also wired on the branches for another green element to the centerpieces.

When choosing green accents for your event, don't rule out flowers as an option!!!
Special thanks to Lacy Branch for including us in an awesome event!

Oliva on the Hill

This space is an ideal location for an intimate party. At this event, we designed flowers for a ceremony and a reception that were both held at Oliva.

The ceremony was held in the courtyard.

The bridal bouquet was a simple, sleek clutch of large white callas. The bride's handkerchief was wrapped around the stems for a personal touch.

The inside reception area held rectangle and square dark wood guest tables. We used similar shaped vases of orange, purple, and green flowers to accentuate the warm feeling of the room.

Packed wreaths of carnations were a soft backdrop for the party room.
Oliva is a unique St. Louis venue that you don't want to miss! We had fun working there!!

Wedding at Hidden Lake Winery

Mark and Dana are a great couple that were married in April at Hidden Lake Winery. Here are some of our snapshots of the ceremony and reception that took place in the same beautiful room.

The wedding colors were hot pink and black. We did high and low centerpieces with pink flowers and black glassware.

There were guest tables on two levels in the large room. The upper level looked down on the ceremony site.
Guests were seated at their tables for the ceremony.

Here comes the beautiful bride!!

What a good-looking bunch of guys!!!
Best Wishes to Dana and Mark!!
